HOUSTON — Detechtion Technologies announced today the appointment of Aly Khan Musani as Chief Financial Officer and Shevonne Elliott as Controller. The company also announced several executive role expansions to support continued growth and the advancement of its Compression 4.0 strategy and mobile oilfield solutions.
New Finance Leadership Appointments
As Chief Financial Officer, Aly Khan Musani will oversee Detechtion’s financial strategy, planning, and global finance operations. He brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across the energy and technology sectors, with a proven track record of helping growth-focused organizations scale while maintaining strong financial discipline.
Throughout his career, Musani has led financial forecasting and reporting, insurance, risk management, treasury, and capital programs for organizations with more than $1 billion in assets and $500 million in revenue. He has led finance teams across 13 countries and held senior leadership roles at Symend, CLEANTEK Industries, and Saxon Energy Services. Musani is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Canada) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Calgary.
Shevonne Elliott, Controller, is responsible for financial reporting, accounting operations, tax compliance, and maintaining a strong internal control environment. She brings 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, including leadership roles at Symend and CLEANTEK Industries. Elliott is a Chartered Professional Accountant (Canada) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Memorial University of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Executive Promotions and Role Expansions
Detechtion also announced the following executive appointments:
- Virgil Haney has been appointed Chief Technology Advisor. In this role, he will focus on advancing product ideas and initiatives the company plans to accelerate as part of its Compression 4.0 strategy.
- Frederic Dessureault has been appointed Vice President of Compression Solutions. He will assume expanded responsibility for delivering Detechtion’s gas compression business, including integrating service delivery models and leading the transition from individual products to a broader solutions offering aligned with Compression 4.0.
- Shiblee Hashem has been appointed Vice President of Customer Operations. He will focus on strengthening Detechtion’s service delivery and customer service organization to ensure it is reliable, scalable, and sustainable. He will also continue leading the development of the company’s international business.
- Tracy Gray has been appointed Vice President of EZOps following the successful integration and relaunch of Detechtion’s mobility business in 2025. In this role, she will continue to drive product development and revenue growth.
